La filosofía romántica de la historia en Herder y sus aportes a <i>La Joven Argentina</i> del siglo XIX

El ensayo ofrece una aproximacion al debate sobre el papel que jugaron las ideas y movimientos ideologicos y culturales europeos de los siglos XVIII y XIX en los procesos politicos y socio-culturales de los paises hispanoamericanos durante el periodo post-independentista. Aborda especificamente el caso del Romanticismo, buscando explorar las bases doctrinales de su conformacion como movimiento cultural y corriente ideologica, ademas de esclarecer sus contribuciones a la Historiografia Universal, a partir del analisis hermeneutico de las obras principales del padre conceptual de dicha corriente: Johann Gottfried von Herder. Describe el proceso mediante el cual se llevo a cabo la recepcion y apropiacion de las doctrinas herderianas y romanticas por parte de los miembros de una de las primeras agrupaciones de intelectuales romanticos hispanoamericanos: La Joven Argentina o Asociacion de Mayo. Sobre esta base se muestran cuales fueron los aportes concretos del pensamiento de Herder y del romanticismo sobre la produccion intelectual, ideologica y estetica de dos de los miembros mas representativos de dicha agrupacion: Esteban Echeverria y Domingo Faustino Sarmiento. Por ultimo, se establece la trascendencia de la produccion intelectual de estos dos personajes para la reorganizacion politica y para la reformulacion de la nacionalidad argentina a partir de la segunda mitad del siglo XIX, despues de la caida del federalismo rosista en 1852.

The essay offers an approach to the debate on the role played by European ideological and cultural ideas and movements of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries in the political and socio-cultural processes of the Latin American countries during the post-independence period. It specifically addresses the case of Romanticism, seeking to explore the doctrinal bases of its conformation as a cultural movement and ideological current, in addition to clarifying its contributions to Universal Historiography, based on the hermeneutical analysis of the main works of the conceptual father of said current: Johann Gottfried von Herder. It describes the process by which the reception and appropriation of Herderian and Romantic doctrines was carried out by the members of one of the first groups of Hispanic American romantic intellectuals: La Joven Argentina or Asociacion de Mayo. On this basis, the concrete contributions of Herder's thought and romanticism on the intellectual, ideological and aesthetic production of two of the most representative members of said group are shown: Esteban Echeverria and Domingo Faustino Sarmiento. Finally, the transcendence of the intellectual production of these two characters is established for the political reorganization and for the reformulation of the Argentine nationality from the second half of the nineteenth century, after the fall of Rosist federalism in 1852.Translated Description (French)
L'essai offre une approche du débat sur le rôle joué par les idées et les mouvements idéologiques et culturels européens des XVIIIe et XIXe siècles dans les processus politiques et socio-culturels des pays hispano-américains au cours de la période post-indépendantiste. Il aborde spécifiquement le cas du romantisme, cherchant à explorer les bases doctrinales de sa conformation en tant que mouvement culturel et courant idéologique, en plus de clarifier ses contributions à l'historiographie universelle, à partir de l'analyse herméneutique des œuvres principales du père conceptuel de ce courant : Johann Gottfried von Herder. Il décrit le processus par lequel la réception et l'appropriation des doctrines héréditaires et romantiques ont été effectuées par les membres de l'un des premiers groupes d'intellectuels romantiques hispano-américains : La Joven Argentina ou Asociación de Mayo. Sur cette base, nous montrons quels ont été les apports concrets de la pensée de Herder et du romantisme sur la production intellectuelle, idéologique et esthétique de deux des membres les plus représentatifs de ce groupement : Esteban Echeverria et Domingo Faustino Sarmiento. Enfin, l'importance de la production intellectuelle de ces deux personnages pour la réorganisation politique et pour la reformulation de la nationalité argentine à partir de la seconde moitié du XIXe siècle, après la chute du fédéralisme rosiste en 1852, est établie.Files
