Study of HIV Disease and Its Association with Immune Cells under Nonsingular and Nonlocal Fractal-Fractional Operator

Description
HIV, like many other infections, is a severe and lethal infection. Fractal-fractional operators are frequently used in modeling numerous physical processes in the current decade. These operators provide better dynamics of a mathematical model because these are the generalization of integer and fractional-order operators. This paper aims to study the dynamics of the HIV model during primary infection by fractal-fractional Atangana–Baleanu (AB) operators. The sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the proposed model under the AB operator are derived via fixed point theory. The numerical scheme is presented by using the Adams–Bashforth method. Numerical results are demonstrated for different fractal and fractional orders to see the effect of fractional order and fractal dimension on the dynamics of HIV and CD4+ T-cells during primary infection.

Ces opérateurs fournissent une meilleure dynamique d'un modèle mathématique car il s'agit de la généralisation des opérateurs entiers et d'ordre fractionnaire. Cet article vise à étudier la dynamique du modèle VIH lors d'une infection primaire par des opérateurs Atangana–Baleanu (AB) fractaux-fractionnels. Les conditions suffisantes pour l'existence et l'unicité de la solution du modèle proposé sous l'opérateur AB sont dérivées via la théorie du point fixe. Le schéma numérique est présenté en utilisant la méthode Adams-Bashforth. Los operadores fractal-fraccionarios se utilizan con frecuencia en el modelado de numerosos procesos físicos en la década actual. Estos operadores proporcionan una mejor dinámica de un modelo matemático porque son la generalización de operadores enteros y de orden fraccional. Este documento tiene como objetivo estudiar la dinámica del modelo de VIH durante la infección primaria por operadores de Atangana-Baleanu (AB) fractal-fraccional. Las condiciones suficientes para la existencia y singularidad de la solución del modelo propuesto bajo el operador AB se derivan a través de la teoría del punto fijo. El esquema numérico se presenta utilizando el método Adams–Bashforth. Los resultados numéricos se demuestran para diferentes órdenes fractales y fraccionarios para ver el efecto del orden fraccionario y la dimensión fractal en la dinámica del VIH y las células T CD4+ durante la infección primaria.Files
