Apprendimento, insegnamento e uso di competenze pragmatiche in italiano L2/LS: la ricerca a partire dagli anni Duemila

The attention to the pragmatic component in the learning and teaching of Italian as a second language is a very young phenomenon, which is however developing with a certain vivacity: hence the idea of dedicating a monographic issue of E-JournALL to the pragmatics of Italian L2/LS. This introductory contribution provides an overview of the studies that, since the 2000s, have dealt with the learning, teaching and use of Italian L2/LS in relation to pragmatic phenomena, with particular attention to the two thematic areas that have received the most attention: the realization of linguistic acts and the discursive signals useful for the management of textuality and interaction. We then propose a rapid reconnaissance of research that addresses other thematic areas related to the pragmatics of Italian L2, such as the information structure of statements or the mechanisms that regulate the conversation.
