The Green Innovation of Construction Enterprises in Vietnam

The study analyses and evaluates real situation about green innovation in Vietnamese construction enterpries based on collected secondary data. The result has shown that green innovation in Vietnam is starting to get achievements of green buildings, green construction materials, energy savings; however, there are plenty of drawbacks of both product and process innovation needed to improving. The main reasons for this issue are lack of firm investment in R&D field and not only ambiguous but also inhomogeneous policies from authorities. Eventually, this research proposes some recommendations for both authority and construction enterprises to increase green innovation in the near future. L'étude analyse et évalue la situation réelle de l'innovation verte dans les entreprises de construction vietnamiennes sur la base des données secondaires collectées. Le résultat a montré que l'innovation verte au Vietnam commence à obtenir des réalisations en matière de bâtiments verts, de matériaux de construction verts, d'économies d'énergie ; cependant, il y a beaucoup d'inconvénients à l'innovation des produits et des processus nécessaires pour s'améliorer. Les principales raisons de ce problème sont le manque d'investissements fermes dans le domaine de la R&D et non seulement des politiques ambiguës mais aussi inhomogènes de la part des autorités. El estudio analiza y evalúa la situación real sobre la innovación verde en las empresas de construcción vietnamitas en función de los datos secundarios recopilados. El resultado ha demostrado que la innovación verde en Vietnam está comenzando a obtener logros de edificios verdes, materiales de construcción verdes, ahorro de energía; sin embargo, hay muchos inconvenientes tanto de la innovación de productos como de procesos necesarios para mejorar. Las principales razones de este problema son la falta de inversión firme en el campo de la I + D y las políticas no solo ambiguas sino también no homogéneas de las autoridades.
