Si bien el modelo terapéutico es relevante a los efectos de brindar construcciones teóricas que permitan concebir a los problemas humanos desde una perspectiva particular, su aplicación práctica pasa por el tamiz de las características personales del terapeuta y las particularidades del contexto donde se ejercita el modelo. Es así que las creencias, valores, historia, rasgos de personalidad del terapeuta modifican al modelo, de la misma manera que la atención en consultorio privado u hospital público o las características o temas del paciente. Por lo tanto, más allá del modelo, es importante hablar del "estilo terapéutico". Dentro de las limitaciones personales que modifican al modelo se hallan ciertas características de pacientes y temáticas que perturban al terapeuta en su libre ejercicio. El objetivo de este trabajo es explorar cuáles son los temas (historias y problemas) y las características (rasgos de personalidad y patología) de los pacientes que generan rechazo a los psicoterapeutas (psicólogos y psiquiatras) argentinos, tomando en cuenta otras variables como años de ejercicio profesional, zona de atención, género y modelo terapéutico. Se realizó un estudio transversal, descriptivo-correlacional, mediante encuestas. Los temas que generaron mayor rechazo absoluto en los terapeutas fueron los torturadores, abusadores, asesinos y criminales.

Although the therapeutic model is relevant for the purposes of providing theoretical constructions that allow us to conceive human problems from a particular perspective, its practical application passes through the sieve of the personal characteristics of the therapist and the particularities of the context where the model is exercised. Thus, the beliefs, values, history, personality traits of the therapist modify the model, in the same way that care in a private office or public hospital or the characteristics or themes of the patient. Therefore, beyond the model, it is important to talk about the "therapeutic style". Among the personal limitations that modify the model are certain patient characteristics and themes that disturb the therapist in his free exercise. The objective of this work is to explore what are the issues (histories and problems) and characteristics (personality traits and pathology) of patients that generate rejection of Argentine psychotherapists (psychologists and psychiatrists), taking into account other variables such as years of professional practice, area of attention, gender and therapeutic model. A cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational study was carried out through surveys. The topics that generated the most absolute rejection in therapists were torturers, abusers, murderers and criminals.Translated Description (French)
Bien que le modèle thérapeutique soit pertinent pour fournir des constructions théoriques qui permettent de concevoir les problèmes humains d'un point de vue particulier, son application pratique passe par le tamis des caractéristiques personnelles du thérapeute et des particularités du contexte dans lequel le modèle est pratiqué. C'est ainsi que les croyances, les valeurs, l'histoire, les traits de personnalité du thérapeute modifient le modèle, de la même manière que les soins en cabinet privé ou en hôpital public ou les caractéristiques ou les thèmes du patient. Par conséquent, au-delà du modèle, il est important de parler du « style thérapeutique ». Parmi les limitations personnelles qui modifient le modèle se trouvent certaines caractéristiques des patients et des thèmes qui perturbent le thérapeute dans son libre exercice. L'objectif de ce travail est d'explorer quels sont les thèmes (histoires et problèmes) et les caractéristiques (traits de personnalité et pathologie) des patients qui génèrent un rejet des psychothérapeutes (psychologues et psychiatres) argentins, en tenant compte d'autres variables telles que les années d'exercice professionnel, la zone d'attention, le genre et le modèle thérapeutique. Une étude transversale, descriptive et corrélationnelle a été réalisée au moyen d'enquêtes. Les sujets qui ont généré le plus grand rejet absolu chez les thérapeutes étaient les tortionnaires, les agresseurs, les assassins et les criminels.Files
