Description
The article deals with the methodological justification of new educational priorities in Ukraine and the features of reforming Ukrainian education on the basis of culturological approach.The graduate of the New Ukrainian School must be ready for self-realization in society and personal life, have information flows, shows the ability to analyze life and practical situations, be ready to acquired knowledge and values.The research methodology is based on the integrated use of competence, activity, axiological and culturological approaches to the study of education phenomena.Theoretical methods are used, which are related to the development of philosophical and conceptual research in the field of methodology of educational process.The scientific novelty of research lies in the fact that such types of realization of the culturological approach to the upbringing of children and youth as the axiological and technological culture of the educational process and substantiated and introduced into scientific circulation.The concept of cultural intensity of content, technologies, organization forms of educational work with students is substantiated.The self-sufficient and obvious criterion for the formation of the cultural position of pupils defined as the cultural activity of student youth.Conclusions.The culturological paradigm of the educational process in Ukraine is based on a number of axiological dominants that are in tune with the universal human values (humanism, tolerance, patriotism, citizenship, etc.).Providing teachers with the axiological and technological culture of the educational process with raise Ukrainian education to the appropriate level of competence, which will meet the standards of Europian education.

L'article traite de la justification méthodologique des nouvelles priorités éducatives en Ukraine et des caractéristiques de la réforme de l'éducation ukrainienne sur la base d'une approche culturologique. Le diplômé de la nouvelle école ukrainienne doit être prêt à se réaliser dans la société et la vie personnelle, avoir des flux d'informations, montrer la capacité d'analyser la vie et les situations pratiques, être prêt à acquérir des connaissances et des valeurs. La méthodologie de recherche est basée sur l'utilisation intégrée de la compétence, de l'activité, des approches axiologiques et culturologiques à l'étude des phénomènes éducatifs. Les méthodes théoriques sont utilisés, qui sont liés au développement de la recherche philosophique et conceptuelle dans le domaine de la méthodologie du processus éducatif.La nouveauté scientifique de la recherche réside dans le fait que des types de réalisation de l'approche culturologique de l'éducation des enfants et des jeunes tels que la culture axiologique et technologique du processus éducatif et justifiée et introduite dans la circulation scientifique.Le concept d'intensité culturelle du contenu, des technologies, des formes d'organisation du travail éducatif avec les étudiants est justifié.Le critère autosuffisant et évident pour la formation de la culture position des élèves définie comme l'activité culturelle de la jeunesse étudiante.Conclusions.Le paradigme culturologique du processus éducatif en Ukraine repose sur un certain nombre de dominantes axiologiques en phase avec les valeurs humaines universelles (humanisme, tolérance, patriotisme, citoyenneté, etc.).Fournir aux enseignants la culture axiologique et technologique du processus éducatif en élevant l'éducation ukrainienne au niveau de compétence approprié, qui répondra aux normes de l'éducation européenne.Translated Description (Spanish)
El artículo trata sobre la justificación metodológica de las nuevas prioridades educativas en Ucrania y las características de la reforma de la educación ucraniana sobre la base del enfoque culturológico. El graduado de la Nueva Escuela Ucraniana debe estar listo para la autorrealización en la sociedad y la vida personal, tener flujos de información, mostrar la capacidad de analizar la vida y las situaciones prácticas, estar listo para adquirir conocimientos y valores. La metodología de investigación se basa en el uso integrado de enfoques de competencia, actividad, axiológicos y culturológicos para el estudio de los fenómenos educativos. Los métodos teóricos son utilizados, que están relacionados con el desarrollo de la investigación filosófica y conceptual en el campo de la metodología del proceso educativo. La novedad científica de la investigación radica en el hecho de que se fundamentan tipos de realización del enfoque culturológico de la crianza de niños y jóvenes como la cultura axiológica y tecnológica del proceso educativo y se corroboran e introducen en la circulación científica. El concepto de intensidad cultural de los contenidos, las tecnologías, las formas de organización del trabajo educativo con los estudiantes. El criterio autosuficiente y obvio para la formación de la cultura posición de los alumnos definida como la actividad cultural de la juventud estudiantil. Conclusiones.
