Atualmente, os principais desafios para a consolidação das cidades inteligentes em países emergentes ainda são a limitada oferta de dados abertos de qualidade e a disponibilidade de ferramentas que aprofundem a colaboração entre o governo e a sociedade civil. Este artigo tem como objetivo contribuir com a oferta de estudos relacionados aos desafios da mobilidade urbana em cidades inteligentes. Currently, the main challenges for the consolidation of smart cities in emerging countries are still the limited supply of quality open data and the availability of tools that deepen the collaboration between government and civil society. This article aims to contribute to the offer of studies related to the challenges of urban mobility in smart cities. We present a distributed architecture and its prototype entitled BusInRio. Unlike the related works, our proposal exclusively uses open government data enriched by retrospective provenance. This article also quantitatively evaluates the proposal through field experiments based on the analysis of provenance data from real user interactions. The first analyzes and results indicate the degrees of correction and acceptance of the proposal.
