El papel de la violencia civil dentro de la heurística teleológica en la Crítica de la facultad de juzgar

En el presente trabajo me propongo analizar la caracterizacion de la violencia civil tal y como aparece desarrollada por Kant en la Critica de la facultad de juzgar y en el opusculo de 1798 "Replanteamiento de la cuestion sobre si el genero humano se halla en continuo progreso hacia lo mejor". En primer lugar defiendo la necesidad de atender expresamente al caracter normativo-prescriptivo del enjuiciamiento teleologico tal y como aparece expuesto en la tercera Critica, esto con la finalidad expresa de mostrar cual es el alcance de dicha modalidad judicativa en la comprension de la naturaleza en terminos teleologicos. En un segundo momento desarrollo una interpretacion del papel que desempena la violencia civil dentro de la comprension teleologica de la naturaleza como instancia propiciadora de cultura. Y, finalmente, argumento que para Kant no toda violencia civil esta justificada ni admite ser integrada de manera legitima dentro del "relato teleologico" de la naturaleza cuando dicho relato es referido hacia acontecimientos futuros; en este ultimo caso, la unica violencia legitima es aquella que tiene como objetivo expreso potenciar socialmente las libertades individuales.

In this work I propose to analyze the characterization of civil violence as it appears developed by Kant in the Critique of the faculty of judging and in the 1798 pamphlet "Rethinking the question of whether humankind is in continuous progress towards the better". Firstly, I defend the need to expressly address the normative-prescriptive nature of teleological prosecution as set out in the third Critique, this with the express purpose of showing the scope of said judicial modality in the understanding of nature in teleological terms. In a second moment, I developed an interpretation of the role played by civil violence within the teleological understanding of nature as a propitious instance of culture. And, finally, I argue that for Kant not all civil violence is justified or admitted to be legitimately integrated into the "teleological story" of nature when said story is referred to future events; in the latter case, the only legitimate violence is that which has as its express objective the social enhancement of individual freedoms.Translated Description (French)
Dans ce travail, j'ai l'intention d'analyser la caractérisation de la violence civile telle qu'elle est développée par Kant dans la Critique de la faculté de juger et dans la brochure de 1798 « Repenser la question de savoir si le genre humain progresse continuellement vers le meilleur ». Tout d'abord, je défends la nécessité de répondre expressément au caractère normatif et prescriptif du jugement téléologique tel qu'il est exposé dans la troisième critique, dans le but exprès de montrer quelle est la portée de cette modalité judiciaire dans la compréhension de la nature en termes téléologiques. Dans un second temps, je développe une interprétation du rôle que joue la violence civile dans la compréhension téléologique de la nature en tant qu'instance propice à la culture. Et enfin, j'argumente que pour Kant, toute violence civile n'est pas justifiée et n'admet pas d'être légitimement intégrée dans le « récit téléologique » de la nature lorsque ce récit est référé à des événements futurs ; dans ce dernier cas, la seule violence légitime est celle qui vise expressément à renforcer socialement les libertés individuelles.Files
