Acceso a la Vacuna Contra el Covid: estrategias internacionales y locales para gestionar la colisión entre el derecho humano a la salud y la economía

This work aims to track international and local strategies that are implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic to guarantee access to vaccination against said virus, as an aspect of the human right to health. It is considered as a premise that the limits to this access are related to the intrinsic collision between that human right and the current economic regime. It is postulated as a hypothesis that, as long as the international legal regulation of technologies such as vaccines is based on the figure of (intellectual) property, its logic of exclusion will be maintained. The strategies for regulating access to them will then continue to function as an amendment.
