New distributional records of fleas parasitic of sigmodontine rodents are mentioned for the first time for Salta Province, Argentina. The following spe- cies are reported for the first time for the Province: Craneopsylla minerva minerva (Rothschild), Agastopsylla pearsoni Traub and Neotyphloceras crassispina hemisus Jordan as well as the genera Cleopsylla Rothschild and Plocopsylla Jordan. Agas- topsylla pearsoni is mentioned for the first time for the country. Also, we increased the number of parasites in five species of rodent, and eight new parasite-host as- sociations are reported.
