Description
We report the final measurement of the neutrino oscillation parameters $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Delta}}{m}_{32}^{2}$ and ${\mathrm{sin}}^{2}{\ensuremath{\theta}}_{23}$ using all data from the MINOS and $\mathrm{MINOS}+$ experiments. These data were collected using a total exposure of $23.76\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{20}$ protons on target producing ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}$ and ${\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}$ beams and 60.75 kt yr exposure to atmospheric neutrinos. The measurement of the disappearance of ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}$ and the appearance of ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{e}$ events between the Near and Far detectors yields $|\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Delta}}{m}_{32}^{2}|=2.4{0}_{\ensuremath{-}0.09}^{+0.08}(2.4{5}_{\ensuremath{-}0.08}^{+0.07})\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}3}\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{eV}}^{2}$ and ${\mathrm{sin}}^{2}{\ensuremath{\theta}}_{23}=0.4{3}_{\ensuremath{-}0.04}^{+0.20}(0.4{2}_{\ensuremath{-}0.03}^{+0.07})$ at 68% C.L. for normal (inverted) hierarchy.
