Abstract One or more nitrogen‐containing molecules constitute an important class of heterocyclic compounds in organic synthesis, due to their reactivity and their presence in many molecules of natural, human or plant origin. These nitrogenous heterocycles play an essential role in various scientific domains, whether they are chemical, biological or pharmacological. N ‐heterocycles are the privileged source of many research topics developed by several groups of researchers. Thus, different methods have been developed to access these heterocyclic compounds with nitrogenous rings, such as triazolopyrimidines. In this review, a bibliographic study summarizing the pharmacological importance of the triazolo[1,5‐ a ]pyrimidine ring, the different synthesis routes of these derivatives as well as their reactivity was reported.

Résumé Une ou plusieurs molécules azotées constituent une classe importante de composés hétérocycliques en synthèse organique, en raison de leur réactivité et de leur présence dans de nombreuses molécules d'origine naturelle, humaine ou végétale. Ces hétérocycles azotés jouent un rôle essentiel dans divers domaines scientifiques, qu'ils soient chimiques, biologiques ou pharmacologiques. Les N-hétérocycles sont la source privilégiée de nombreux sujets de recherche développés par plusieurs groupes de chercheurs. Ainsi, différentes méthodes ont été développées pour accéder à ces composés hétérocycliques à noyaux azotés, tels que les triazolopyrimidines. Resumen Una o más moléculas que contienen nitrógeno constituyen una clase importante de compuestos heterocíclicos en la síntesis orgánica, debido a su reactividad y su presencia en muchas moléculas de origen natural, humano o vegetal. Estos heterociclos nitrogenados desempeñan un papel esencial en diversos dominios científicos, ya sean químicos, biológicos o farmacológicos. Los N-heterociclos son la fuente privilegiada de muchos temas de investigación desarrollados por varios grupos de investigadores. Por lo tanto, se han desarrollado diferentes métodos para acceder a estos compuestos heterocíclicos con anillos nitrogenados, como las triazolopirimidinas. En esta revisión, se informó un estudio bibliográfico que resume la importancia farmacológica del anillo de triazolo[1,5-a]pirimidina, las diferentes rutas de síntesis de estos derivados, así como su reactividad.Files
