Avaliação da rigidez de misturas recicladas cimentadas: Abordagem elástica e viscoelásticas

Este artigo apresenta o estudo realizado com mistura de Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) e pó de pedra com cimento Portland. Foram realizados ensaios para verificar o comportamento da mistura quanto à rigidez, de modo que possibilitou avaliar a influência do processo de cimentação e dos esforços de compactação, nas propriedades elásticas e viscoelásticas lineares da mistura cimentada. Os resultados indicaram que há um aumento da rigidez nos três teores de cimento estudados (3, 5 e 7%), bem como um aumento nos pesos específicos aparentes secos (2,0, 2,1 e 2,2 g/cm³). Pode-se - afirmar que estas misturas têm propriedades viscoelásticas provenientes da herança do ligante asfáltico presente no material fresado. Por fim, este trabalho demonstra que se deve ter cautela ao projetar pavimentos analisando apenas o material como puramente elástico, pois percebemos que há variação do módulo em relação à temperatura e à frequências de carregamento.

This article presents the study carried out with a mixture of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (rap) and stone powder with Portland cement. Tests were carried out to verify the behavior of the mixture regarding stiffness, so that it was possible to evaluate the influence of the cementing process and compaction efforts on the linear elastic and viscoelastic properties of the cemented mixture. The results indicated that there is an increase in stiffness in the three cement contents studied (3, 5 and 7%), as well as an increase in dry apparent specific weights (2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 g/cm³). It can be stated that these mixtures have viscoelastic properties from the inheritance of the asphalt binder present in the milled material. Cet article présente l'étude réalisée avec un mélange de revêtement d'asphalte récupéré (rap) et de poudre de pierre avec du ciment Portland. Des essais ont été réalisés pour vérifier le comportement du mélange en ce qui concerne la rigidité, de sorte qu'il a été possible d'évaluer l'influence du processus de cimentation et des efforts de compactage sur les propriétés élastiques linéaires et viscoélastiques du mélange cimenté. Se realizaron pruebas para verificar el comportamiento de la mezcla con respecto a la rigidez, de modo que fue posible evaluar la influencia del proceso de cementación y los esfuerzos de compactación en las propiedades elásticas y viscoelásticas lineales de la mezcla cementada. Los resultados indicaron que existe un aumento de la rigidez en los tres contenidos de cemento estudiados (3, 5 y 7%), así como un aumento de los pesos específicos aparentes secos (2,0, 2,1 y 2,2 g/cm³). Se puede afirmar que estas mezclas tienen propiedades viscoelásticas a partir de la herencia del aglutinante asfáltico presente en el material molido.
