Los principales diagnósticos globales fueron ictericia neonatal, apendicitis aguda, infección urinaria y patología de salud mental en adolescentes. Conclusiones: La mayoría de los pacientes cursaron con patologías agudas y no prevenibles. Se evidenciaron consultas tardías, cuadros clínicos de mayor severidad con mayor porcentaje de hospitalización y un número importante de problemas de salud mental en el grupo de adolescentes.

Résultats : Sur 955 patients recueillis, 461 (48 %) ont consulté pour des causes non respiratoires ou un diagnostic d'infection par le SARS-CoV-2. 40,3 % avaient entre 0 et 3 ans et 33,2 % entre 12 et 17 ans. 25 % correspondaient à une pathologie chronique aiguë et 75 % des soins nécessitaient une hospitalisation.
