Generating Long and Informative Reviews with Aspect-Aware Coarse-to-Fine Decoding

Description
Generating long and informative review text is a challenging natural language generation task. Previous work focuses on word-level generation, neglecting the importance of topical and syntactic characteristics from natural languages. In this paper, we propose a novel review generation model by characterizing an elaborately designed aspect-aware coarse-to-fine generation process. First, we model the aspect transitions to capture the overall content flow. Then, to generate a sentence, an aspect-aware sketch will be predicted using an aspect-aware decoder. Finally, another decoder fills in the semantic slots by generating corresponding words. Our approach is able to jointly utilize aspect semantics, syntactic sketch, and context information. Extensive experiments results have demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed model.

Générer un texte de révision long et informatif est une tâche difficile de génération de langage naturel. Les travaux antérieurs se concentrent sur la génération au niveau des mots, négligeant l'importance des caractéristiques topiques et syntaxiques des langues naturelles. Dans cet article, nous proposons un nouveau modèle de génération de revue en caractérisant un processus de génération grossière à fine consciente de l'aspect minutieusement conçu. Tout d'abord, nous modélisons les transitions d'aspect pour capturer le flux de contenu global. Ensuite, pour générer une phrase, un croquis sensible à l'aspect sera prédit à l'aide d'un décodeur sensible à l'aspect. Enfin, un autre décodeur remplit les créneaux sémantiques en générant des mots correspondants. Generar un texto de revisión largo e informativo es una tarea desafiante de generación de lenguaje natural. El trabajo anterior se centra en la generación a nivel de palabra, descuidando la importancia de las características tópicas y sintácticas de los lenguajes naturales. En este artículo, proponemos un nuevo modelo de generación de revisiones mediante la caracterización de un proceso de generación de grueso a fino elaborado y consciente de los aspectos. Primero, modelamos las transiciones de los aspectos para capturar el flujo general de contenido. Luego, para generar una oración, se predecirá un boceto consciente de los aspectos utilizando un decodificador consciente de los aspectos. Finalmente, otro decodificador rellena las ranuras semánticas generando las palabras correspondientes. Nuestro enfoque es capaz de utilizar conjuntamente la semántica de aspectos, el boceto sintáctico y la información de contexto. Los extensos resultados de los experimentos han demostrado la efectividad del modelo propuesto.Files
